Jocelyn has been a part of the Resort and Spa Industry for over 15 years and is currently the Spa Director at the new Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center located in Aurora, Colorado.
Her previous experience includes serving as Spa Director at a remote destination Spa Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa located in Gateway, Colorado near Grand Junction in Unaweep Canyon, on of the most unique red rock canyons in the world. Prior to coming to Colorado her previous experience includes serving as Spa Director and Assistant Spa Director at Acqualina Resort and Spa on the Beach in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. While there, Acqualina was recognized as a Forbes Five Star Spa and Hotel, AAA Five Diamond Hotel and passed the annual ESPA Shops.
Jocelyn has also served as a Spa Operations Manager, Retail Supervisor, and Spa Concierge at the Mandarin Oriental Miami, in Florida which was also recognized as a Forbes rated Five Star Spa and Hotel.
Jocelyn has a Bachelor of Science in Travel and Tourism Management with a minor in Hotel and Lodging from Florida International University in North Miami, Florida. She has an Associates’ Degree in General Studies from Northern Virginia Community College in Annandale, Virginia. Jocelyn enjoys Aerial Arts, Hiking, Snowboarding, Wakeboarding and Scuba Diving. Jocelyn has two Siberian Huskies, Conan and Kai.
Jocelyn is very passionate about the Spa and Wellness industry as it serves an everyday purpose and enriches her life and so many others.
