Jayna has been part of the spa family for over a decade and has extensive experience in education, professional treatment protocol development, sales, retail, marketing, and business development. She attended the Euro Institute of Skincare in 2008 and shortly after receiving her aesthetics license, she decided to become a medical aesthetician where she holds several certifications including Oncology Aesthetics.
Always having high goals and dreams, Jayna always knew she would have a career in sales and education. In 2012 she was the Educator for HydroPeptide Skincare. She was given the opportunity to relocate from Seattle to Austin in 2015 with Osmosis Skincare & Wellness. Since 2016 she has been the Sr. Account Manager & Educator with emerginC Skincare and has trained the most seasoned spa therapists at many top luxury spas in the US and Canada. Jayna also traveled to China in 2019 to train the distributors before the launch of emerginC Skincare in the Waldorf Astoria, Grand Hilton, 1 Hotel and other luxury hotel spas. Her passion for the spa industry truly shows and she loves to help others succeed.
Jayna volunteers at her local animal shelter and adopted her last foster puppy. She loves to cook but never follows recipes, anything outdoors Jayna is always up for adventure! She loves music, philanthropy, gardening, architecture, and interior design.
