John has been in the Spa and Wellness Industry for over three decades. He started as a Group Fitness Instructor at the age of 15, was a personal trainer in his 20’s and made the seamless transition to Spa in 1997.
John started with opening the Dee Bartolo Skin Institute inside Jose Eber salons in Beverly Hills, Miami and New York. Johns passion for the health and wellness industry has led to opportunities to open and direct multiple locations including Soothe Day Spa in Breckenridge CO, the 42,000sq foot Peaks spa in Telluride CO, The Landing Resort and Spa in South Lake Tahoe CA, Sandalwood spa in Pismo Beach CA, the Inverness spa in Denver CO, Spa at the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver CO, and Four Seasons Denver in Denver, CO.
John, who moved to Colorado to pursue his dream of becoming a ski bum, has settled into his current role as Spa Director at the Iconic Brown Palace Hotel over the past two years and lead it to successes it has not previously seen.
During his free time John enjoys spending time with his daughter, snowboarding, mountain biking, camping, hiking and reading.
