Informed Consent is a process to obtain permission before conducting a massage on that person. The Statement of Informed Consent spells out that process from client check in to the client reschedule. It usually includes a massage description, philosophy on healing, the massage modalities you offer, benefits, fees, your draping policy, sanitation policy and an individual treatment plans and goals. This course will walk you through and show you how to customize your Statement of Informed Consent.

It is important to have your client complete the New Client Intake because it will give you a look into your clients life and start to paint the picture that will become your basis for massage plan.
